We would like to say a huge congratulations to our very own John Cairns Msc Pgd SIIRSM who was selected from 10 extremely deserving candidates to receive the Alan McArthur Unsung Hero Award at the Annual Safety and Health Excellence Award Ceremony. The award was presented at the gala dinner, hosted by Sean Lock at the Vox, Birmingham on 10th April, where 550 attended the event. John has played a crucial part in the design and manufacturing of industry-leading PPE and safety wear for many years and we are honoured to have him as part of our team here at Hunter. John also collaborated in the design of The Firehunter® Particulate Blocking Hood (FhPBH) which was recognized and short listed in the Top 12 of the Product Innovation Category at the same award ceremony.
